Every woman deserves to know the medical facts about her pregnancy and her options, regardless of her ability to pay. Your generosity gives her the services at no cost at the Palmetto Bay clinic and on the Medical Mobile Unit.

Pregnancy Testing

Pregnancy Options Miami provides no-cost, medical-grade pregnancy testing. Our pregnancy tests are over 99 percent accurate and can detect the pregnancy hormone (hCG) as early as one day after a missed period.

Limited Ultrasound

When a woman receives a positive pregnancy test at Pregnancy Options Miami, she receives a limited obstetric ultrasound at our clinic at no fee. Research shows that 80 percent of women who see their babies on an ultrasound choose life.

An OB ultrasound confirms if the pregnancy is viable (growing with a detectable heartbeat), how far along the pregnancy is, and if the location of the pregnancy is correct (to rule out an ectopic pregnancy).

Options Education

We provide every woman with information about her three options: abortion, adoption, and parenting.

Abortion

A Pregnancy Options Miami team member offers factual, medically-based abortion information to women considering this option.

We clearly state that we do not perform or refer for abortions but can provide the facts regarding abortion procedures, possible side effects, and the risks of each.

Adoption

We are dedicated to educating women about the option of making an adoption plan. We communicate this life choice as one of love that gives her preborn child a secure future.

Adoption education allows our client to design an adoption plan that meets her needs, and our Care Coordinators are there to support her before, during, and after the adoption.

Parenting

We offer no-cost prenatal and parenting classes to help women successfully parent. Often, women have questions about single parenting, financial stability, continuing their education, and more.

Through our parenting education, moms and dads can participate in our Earn While You Learn program. They each earn credits to “purchase” maternity and baby items from our Baby Store.

Biblical Counseling

The foundation of our counseling stems from the Word of God. We hope that each woman will choose life for their child. We know God’s way saves lives. Sharing the Gospel is crucial to our ministry.

Through this message of hope, the Gospel transforms a mother’s life and ultimately saves the life of her preborn baby.

Our primary objective as Care Coordinators/Counselors is to minister to each woman’s spiritual life, letting her know her God-given worth and that God has a plan for her life and the life of her child.

Abortion Recovery Program

There is a path to healing from the heartache of a past abortion. Many women wonder what life could look like if they were set free from the guilt, shame, pain, or sadness they may be experiencing because of a past decision.

At Pregnancy Options Miami, we know the grief and loss someone may feel after an abortion is seldom acknowledged and can even be repressed or denied. It may have been many years since you or someone you know had an abortion. However, the sense of loss and guilt may still weigh heavily.
